Because each piece we create is custom-made and designed especially for you and your pet, we are unable to accept returns. Your artwork is uniquely crafted with care, making it entirely personal and one-of-a-kind.
Customer Satisfaction
Your happiness matters to us. If you are not satisfied with your final product, please reach out to us. We will always do our best to ensure you love your finished masterpiece.
Replacements for Errors or Damages
If you received the wrong product, incorrect size or print, or if your item arrived damaged in transit, we will replace it at no cost to you—no questions asked. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order in these cases so we can make it right.
Order Changes & Cancellations

You may cancel or make changes to your order within 30 minutes of placing it.

After 30 minutes, cancellation or change requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. This is because our artists often begin work on your artwork shortly after your order is submitted.
Photo Submissions
Please note that we create your artwork based on the photo you uploaded during checkout. For this reason, we are unable to accept requests to swap or edit photos once your order has been placed.
