How It Works
We want your custom portrait to capture your pet’s unique personality! The quality of your photo is the most important step in helping our artists create a stunning masterpiece. Follow these simple guidelines to get the best results.
1: Choose Good Lighting
Take photos in natural light whenever possible (near a window or outdoors).
2: Capture Your Pet at Eye Level
Kneel or sit so the camera is at your pet’s eye level. Clear, straight-on angles make for the most lifelike portraits.
Avoid blurry, tilted, or overhead shots.
3: Show Their Face Clearly
Make sure your pet’s entire face and ears are visible.Keep the photo sharp and in focus — we can only capture what we can see.
Avoid cut-off ears, cropped noses, or heavy motion blur.
4: Pick a Favorite Expression
Choose a photo where your pet looks happy, relaxed, or natural.
Their personality will shine through best if the photo shows their true character.
5: Uploading Your Photo
Upload your photo during checkout by clicking the Upload Photo button.
Be sure to upload your best, final choice — once submitted, we are unable to swap or edit photos later.
