Processing Time

• Each order is carefully handcrafted by our artists.

• Artwork creation takes 1-2 business days before shipping.

If you’d like to receive your artwork faster, we offer a “Skip the Line Artwork Creation” option. This ensures your pet photo is moved to the front of our artists’ queue. Please note: this option only speeds up the artwork creation process—it does not change the courier’s shipping times.

Shipping Time

• United States: Average delivery is 4–6 business days after processing.

• Canada, Australia, UK, and most parts of Europe: Average delivery is also 4–6 business days after processing.

• Delivery times may vary slightly depending on local postal services and customs processing.

Important Notes

• Address Updates: Updates or changes to shipping addresses must be made within 30 minutes of your purchase. Please review your confirmation email immediately and reach out if you need to make a change.

• Photo Submissions: We are unable to accept requests to swap or edit photos that were previously submitted with an order.
